Privacy Policy
Freedom Enterprises. Last updated September 13, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Freedom Enterprises ("we", "us", "our") accesses, uses, stores, and shares data, including data obtained through Google APIs. We keep our data use limited to the practices described here. If our practices change, we will update this page.
Who We Are
Freedom Enterprises operates a set of internal software systems that help us run and market our own businesses. Our applications are used by us and our own team, not offered as a data product to third parties.
Google User Data We Access
Our systems connect to a small set of Google services using the standard Google authorization process. We access only the following:
- Google Ads API (read only): we read keyword search volume and competition data from Google Keyword Planner to research market demand for our own web properties before we build them. We do not create, manage, or run advertising campaigns through this access, and we do not read customer or payment data.
- Google Drive and Google Sheets: we read and write files that our own team creates and owns, to move internal business documents and data between our tools. We access only the files and folders our systems create or are explicitly given.
- Google Search Console: we read search performance data (queries, impressions, clicks, and position) for websites we own and have verified, to understand how our own pages perform in search.
How We Use This Data
We use the data above only to operate and improve our own businesses:
- Keyword data is used to validate demand before we build a new web property.
- Drive and Sheets access is used to move our own internal business documents and records between our tools.
- Search Console data is used to measure and improve the performance of websites we own.
We do not use Google user data for advertising to third parties, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles for purposes unrelated to the functions above.
How We Store and Protect This Data
Data obtained through Google APIs is stored on our own private servers, protected by access controls, and used only by our internal systems. Access credentials are held in a restricted, server side secrets store and are never exposed in our public pages or shared with third parties. We retain data only as long as it is useful for the internal purposes described above.
How We Share This Data
We do not sell or rent Google user data. We do not share it with third parties, except where required by law. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data From Our Own Customers
When we collect information directly from our own customers (for example, a name and email submitted through one of our forms), we use it only to provide the service that customer asked for, and we describe that use at the point of collection. We do not sell customer data.
Your Choices
You can revoke our applications' access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions page. If you have questions about this policy or want data we hold about you removed, contact us using the email on our home page.
